Services Provided by transcendent Requirements

1. The franchise center will operate under the banner of Keltron animation campus

2. The franchise will be awarded on the bases of the technical and financial strengths of the franchisee.

3. Guidelines will be given by transcendent on the layout of the Institute.

4. The Franchisee should have a minimum 1500 sq.ft. For the proposed educational center and it should be laid out as per the     specifications laid down by transcendent.

5. Guidance will be provided by transcendent in the recruitment of Center manager, Faculty members, Counselors etc.

6. The Franchisee will have to pay a franchise fee (one time) which is non-refundable.

7. Advice and Guidance will be provided on the Administration of the Institute. Complete online support available from the HO through Intranet

8. A royalty is paid to Keltron animation campus evry month from the centre income.

9. .transcendent provides training to the staff members.

10. Complete intranet support available for the head office Complete Intranet Based Learning community will be installed in the centre. An automation software will be provided for the centre mangement.

11. Monthly Reports on Inquiries, Registrations, Batch Positions, Fee collection etc. as also any administrative problems or queries should be send via E-mail to transcendent.

After starting the Center

1) The entire Technical and Marketing support required for establishing the training centre will be provided by transcendent which will include a set of the following :

              • Demo CD will be provided by us.
              • Instructional Manuals.
              • Office / Administration materials.
              • Sales Promotional Material Formats for Newspapers, Matter for Cable advertisements.
              • Set of student exercises for most of the courses.
              • Student portfolio for most of the courses to justify World class performance of our student.
              • Job opportunities to Diploma holder in different parts of India and World with the help of Internet.
              • Students digital learning materials.
              • Intranet Software’s for reporting.

Regional technical Head and Regional marketing Head of transcendent is available at your region for the complete support and monitors the activities.

1. Technical and software training support will be provided by transcendent on an ongoing basis.

2. Quarterly budgets of Marketing Cost in the particular area to be submitted to the Head Office. This cost is borne 100% by the franchisee as 95% of the Business produced will be from students coming from 30-40 km area.

3. The testing of various modules will be controlled by transcendent in terms of setting up of projects and evaluations. All Diplomas and / or Certificates will be awarded by KELTRON only after the Students have completed the course.

4. Advertisement cost in local/ regional newspaper is shared equally among all franchisees.

5. Promotional material like brochures, prospectus etc. will be supplied at additional cost by logistic department of transcendent on requisition by the franchise.

7) The course material will be supplied by the franchiser which would be in the forms of module books and/or in some cases supplemented by the text books at additional cost.
